We got to chat with Ben's Sugar Shack owner, Ben Fisk, about his favorite maple goods - here's what he had to say about his favorite maple syrup grade - Amber Rich!

"I like “Amber Rich,” which has a nice, sweet, buttery taste but still has solid maple flavor. It’s not as powerful as “Dark Robust,” which is stronger with a more pronounced maple flavor, or as light as “Golden Delicate,” which has the sweetest, most delicate flavor. “Amber Rich” is right in the middle."

All of Ben's Sugar Shack Maple syrup is bottled in a Nut Free Facility in Temple New Hampshire. There are no preservatives or additives to Ben's Pure Maple Syrup. Maple syrup has many uses and many don't realize the health benefits that comes with consuming this pure liquid gold from nature.
